The staff were really friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. the room was clean and comfortable, with a great view. the hotel's close proximity to the subway stations was very convenient.
The cleanliness could have been improved, especially the toilet, carpet, and floor. the room was also quite small, only suitable for one person.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were brilliant - so helpful, polite, and nothing was too much trouble. The food in the restaurant was top-class quality with highly experienced chefs and manager. The room was large, roomy, clean, and warm with all the necessary toiletries. The view from the room of Wall Street and Trinity church was great. The bathroom was terrific with a fantastic walk-in shower. The hotel's location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to One World and 10-minute walk to The Battery. Additionally, it was only a 2-minute walk to Wall Street subway station, making it convenient to explore the city.

The location was unbeatable, with multiple subway stations nearby for easy access to the city. The soundproof windows and automated curtains made for a peaceful and comfortable room. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The shower products provided were top-notch.
